First of all, it's a private clinic, and there seem to be about three staff members total, including the consultation director, surgeon, and employees. The clinic isn't that big, and I waited about an hour. Director Kim Han-seong was kind and somehow seemed really confident, which I liked even more. The consultation director, though, was a bit underwhelming ^^
