I think I know why the reviews are so good. (After only going to consult at factory-like plastic surgery clinics in Gangnam, I felt like this was actually a real hospital^^) The director consulted me right away, and later I spent a lot of time discussing things with the manager. The doctor pointed out for the first time that my eyes had ptosis and also were eyes that do not close well. In such cases, they said that if you are a dry-eye patient, the dry eye can get worse after surgery. In severe cases of eye surgery, they may not even operate without a letter from an ophthalmologist. I took it not as an attempt to avoid responsibility, but as a way of telling patients in advance about possible problems, regrets, and pain after surgery and warning them. The manager... a middle-aged(?) manager without makeup in Gangnam was a first for me..ㅎ She had the feeling of having been with this hospital and the director for a very long time. The kind of presence that cannot compare to the local older women bragging about being managers for 4 or 5 years. I discussed everything that I could not with the director, and she even had a warmth that made me feel like she would listen well if any problem came up and I contacted her anytime. ㅎㅎ Rather than places that talk as if everything will work out, the swelling will go down quickly, and the pain will be almost nothing, I trust them more because they honestly explain every step. Things that cannot be done are not done, and things that can be done are done, and they also had good aftercare in place (like injections to reduce swelling). I still have not decided whether to have surgery here, but if I ever have concerns about plastic surgery, I would like to meet the manager and discuss it again.. ㅎㅎ
