Doctors often lack social skills, but this doctor seems to have quite good social skills. He seems to have a lot of surgical experience and to have met many patients face to face. He has a lot of self-confidence. He is definitely not a scammer who says he has things he doesn’t, but he does seem to have the temperament of a salesperson who makes something good sound even better. I’m thinking carefully before deciding on surgery.
