I was getting a revision after liposuction for sagging upper-arm fat at another hospital, and they recommended arm and abdomen liposuction, but I decided to do only the arms first. (I later also had the abdomen and love handles done.) During the first consultation, after fully undressing down to just my underwear, they did a pinch test and gave me an estimate. There is no separate coordinator, and the head doctor handles both consultation and surgery alone. In the end, the fat did not come off evenly, so I am looking into revision surgery at another hospital, and the upper-arm sagging got worse, while my abdomen became bumpy too..
