I went for a consultation after watching the doctor’s YouTube channel a while ago. My arms and legs are skinny, but my pelvis and buttocks are flat, and I have a lot of belly fat and waist fat, so I asked whether it would be possible to do liposuction on the abdomen and waist at the same time as fat grafting to the buttocks. The conclusion was that, because my flesh is softer than average, my abdomen would likely become uneven, so that would not work, and only the back waist and side waist fat could be liposuctioned. They also said they did not recommend fat grafting to the buttocks because of the survival rate, but said that liposuction of the back waist could make the buttocks look a bit more voluminous. They said the surgery would be done through the buttock crease or the navel so the scar would not be visible. The doctor was humane and kind. I haven’t consulted anywhere else yet, but I somehow trust this doctor.
