It was seriously awful. I booked by phone from the provinces with no knowledge at all, and the plan was to have surgery right after arriving in Seoul. The staff were rude, which made me furious, and they said they would not issue a cash receipt, so they told me to withdraw cash. I was half undressed, so I reluctantly gave them my card PIN and agreed to withdraw the money. During the design consult, the director grabbed my chest hard and said, "Your chest is pretty," and all that crap. I was in a state of low self-esteem after coming all the way from the provinces and having gained weight like a pig, and I knew nothing, so I could not even argue. That still haunts me. I thought it would turn out well after surgery, but only now, six years later, have I realized how foolish I was. My stomach is bumpy, and the fat in my legs is still exactly there... And at the time of surgery they said I should add 500,000 and do the butt too. It was really my fault for not knowing anything. I still regret not suing them. The sexual harassment was undeniable. Just talking about it makes me so angry I cannot go on. And when I later got the free follow-up care, like facial fractional laser and body radiofrequency, they made me feel terribly self-conscious. They kept saying things like, "You should pay next time." They were the ones who offered it, so it was ridiculous. I guess I just looked like a sucker who would not spend any more money, like some crazy woman. I was so desperate I even took out a loan for the surgery, and those bastards...
