I was going to have surgery with the director my acquaintance introduced me to, but that doctor wasn't there that day, so another doctor consulted with me instead. But they explained things in detail overall and told me the height that would suit my nose and the shape after surgery, which I liked. Also, neither the doctor nor the director recommended any excessive surgery. Still, I am concerned that I couldn't consult with the director
