I had nose surgery, and the doctor is really meticulous and has a great aesthetic sense. My first surgery failed and I even had mesh in there, but even though the surgery took a long time, they removed everything cleanly. I was worried about the columella being tucked in, and the shape is so satisfying. Even during the consultation, they explained everything very specifically and in an easy-to-understand way, and the doctor clearly said what could and couldn’t be done, so this is always the hospital I trust.
