My surgery is coming up soon, so I'm excited and nervous. The director has many years of experience, and I could feel that in the consultation. Even though the schedule before mine was delayed and my consultation started 30 minutes late, he was incredibly kind and explained everything in detail, which I appreciated. Because he had surgery right after, the consultation manager came in during the talk and I couldn't speak with the director as much as I wanted, but seeing that he recommended exactly the amount of surgery I wanted made me decide immediately. I went in for a consultation on a friend's recommendation, and ended up booking the surgery too.
