The consultation manager was friendly but somehow also unfriendly, so I wasn't very comfortable. I happened to go there through a friend's recommendation, and I had surgery after hearing that they would operate on the nose with an open technique. It feels like they care more about the doctor's method than the patient's needs. It's been 1 month since surgery, and I do have a red scar from the medial canthus, but they said that's a common symptom at one month, so I'm satisfied for now.
