The doctor smelled like cigarettes. It might have been my imagination, but once I had that feeling, I thought I wouldn't be able to trust him with my eyes or nose. The doctor spoke informally, which felt a bit off. I went expecting a lot because he had so much experience, but I didn't feel any professionalism.
