I got a consultation because I had a long-face complex and only reduced the upper jaw. The director was kind, spoke very softly and calmly, and because they had an anesthesiology specialist, I felt much less worried about anesthesia accidents. The post-op radiofrequency care was good too. The inpatient room also had two beds, so staying overnight with a guardian was comfortable and not burdensome.
