I think I waited over 30 minutes just to change clothes and sit there, which made me wonder why I even made a reservation. The consultation manager was kind, but there was a slight sense of pressure. The doctor spoke honestly, but the half-formal, half-casual, blunt way of speaking left me a little hurt. The follow-up photos they showed didn’t match my aesthetic sense.
