I like the line they created with the wire? A clinic that focuses on incision methods. If a buried suture loosens, you can either re-fix it or switch to incision. If you do incision, the scar can't really be removed. Incision keeps the size stable. Buried sutures come apart easily. Epicanthoplasty is done by incision. They seem to remove fat when doing incision. They stitch only a very little, maybe about one stitch. It feels like they don't do surgery on someone they've never seen before unless the person wants it. They say what can't be done can't be done, and they're very honest, but I didn't really feel strong expertise... I visited because an acquaintance recommended them, but compared to my expectations, it didn't feel especially polished. If you want buried sutures, they say they can do that.
