I canceled my reservation once and then rebooked, and I liked how they responded kindly from start to finish. Rather than finding the place through the app or a cafe, it's a clinic people go to a lot through word of mouth from acquaintances, so it made me trust it more. What I really value is a natural result, and I liked that the doctor listened well and matched what I wanted. They didn't make excessive recommendations and only said exactly what was needed, which was great.
