Everything is below common sense. I also developed side effects. The doctor does not examine you and absolutely will not connect you. The nurse looks at you, prescribes things, and does everything. Even then, they just told me to apply Madecassol or Fucidin. The inflammation would not go away, so while touching it I found a plastic thread left inside. The manager’s phone is turned off and they never answer. Legend. I didn’t want full sedation, so I said I’d do half-sedation and went in, but they put me into deep sleep. Since I was having surgery, I added Botox too, but I don’t think it was injected. There are no injection marks, and it doesn’t feel like any medication went in. I don’t even feel any Botox effect. Of course, there’s no effect. The doctor asked, “Did you have Botox added?” and I don’t even have any memory of Botox being done. The manager and the staff keep insisting in unison that I went in. I requested my medical records (treatment record and surgery record), but they refused (saying they’d need the doctor’s approval, or that they don’t have them right now). -> Reportable Later I asked them to send them by email once approved, and they refused. -> Reportable They said they’d contact me after getting approval, but since they never called, I reported them to the public health office. Only then, after two or three days, did I receive it. They probably altered it in the meantime, right? It is 100% clear that the doctor did not write it, and that the manager wrote it. Reason: all the things discussed in the consultation room are included. But the things added after discussing with the doctor and manager before surgery are missing. I’m debating whether to report chart tampering. Don’t try to solve problems through normal conversation here. If you report them, it’s faster.
