I had double eyelid surgery here twice 6 years ago. After the first one, it opened back up right after a month. I got the second one free from the same director, and it also opened back up after just a month. What's funny is that right after the second surgery, the doctor said on the operating table, "Patient, this is your fault because of your eyes." I still remember it even now, 6 years later. It was the worst experience of my life, and for the third time I paid out of pocket at another hospital and it worked, and even after 4 years it hasn't come undone and I'm doing well. Please make sure you find a famous doctor who is actually good; don't end up meeting a quack for nothing...
