I had only made a consultation reservation, but they told me to go get photos taken, which surprised me. There wasn't a single customer, yet the manager's consultation took 15 minutes. The manager didn't really seem knowledgeable about eyes or noses, and I kept thinking, why am I even listening to this? The director's consultation was okay, but as soon as they showed the post-surgery line on the TV, I got the feeling that the line I wanted would absolutely not be possible.
