A few years ago, when I was a young student, I went for a consultation. I only went to discuss double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty, but they also recommended nose surgery, saying that for the eyes to look pretty, the line should connect from the eye head to the nose. But looking at the people who had surgery there at the time, it did seem natural and there didn't seem to be much swelling.
