It's been about 5 years since I had a partial incision done in a doctor-specific way similar to partial incision, and my double eyelid is loosening. I think it's not as pretty as I expected, so I want to do it again. During the consultation, they just kind of looked at my eyes briefly, so it didn't seem like they analyzed it in detail. Next time I'll definitely go somewhere good.
