It's exactly a factory-style place. The counselor does the consultation, and the director's role is just to have you lie on the treatment bed and give the injections. There is no design at all, and the muscles on the left side of my face are more developed than on the right, but they injected the same amount on both sides, which made my face asymmetrical. They also push procedures a little too much. For someone like me with prominent cheekbones and a peanut-shaped face, I think you definitely need a place that designs it properly and lets you consult with the director. Other than that, the staff weren't especially kind either. The only decent thing was the facility.
