On my first visit, I came without a reservation, and I think the total time until the procedure was about 1 hour. There is definitely a process where you talk with the consultation manager and pay first, and at the beginning they recommended Botox and various other things. I said I wouldn't do them, and on the second visit there wasn't much to say. They said the laser machine had changed between the first and second visits, but there was no real difference. The price and the procedure were both decent.
