It felt factory-like because there were so many people. But the floors were really narrow, maybe because the lobby wasn’t open? The desk staff weren’t very kind either. The doctors were kind. It was awkward to wait outside after applying numbing cream for the first time. The procedure was done well, and after getting Potenza, my skin texture felt much better. I went because of my pores, and there seems to be a little improvement, but as expected... it’s not something that stands out dramatically. I think it’s better not to expect too much from pores. The pain was tolerable since I had numbing cream on.
