I was a bit surprised because VAT was separate. There were always a lot of people, so it felt like they didn’t really pay much attention to the patient? It had a factory-style feel. I was in a state of “well, at least it’s fine because it’s laser hair removal...” but if it were another procedure, I don’t think I’d come here. The staff are kind.
