After my nose surgery, when I went in to ask about after-sales service because the silicone had bent, they told me it was my nose that was bent and told me not to come. The doctor wouldn't even meet me, and some young male staff kept coming out saying my nose was the problem... When I later went somewhere else for a consultation, they had deleted all my data...
