I ended up with asymmetrical eyes after incisional double-eyelid surgery. From the start, it wasn't just swelling; the line itself was strange, and I thought, no way... but once the swelling went down, it really did become asymmetrical. One side is an in-line when I open my eyes, and the other side is a full out-line, and the shape was drawn so strangely that it ended up looking like a sausage.
