It was nice that I could go straight into a consultation with the director. During the consultation, they also told me in advance about parts that couldn't be done. They showed me before-and-after photos and didn't unnecessarily recommend surgery I didn't need. The manager was also kind, and I liked that they didn't pressure me to book surgery that day.
