Honestly, it's a factory-style dermatology clinic, so I was prepared for some waiting, but I went early before lunch ended and was waiting there when I overheard the staff talking among themselves about how some patient hadn't been able to get treated last time, so they should take them first, and I was like, what? Still, I didn't have to wait too long and got the procedure done.
