I had a reservation for 12 o'clock and went in, but they dragged things out without saying anything and connected me to the consultation coordinator at 2 o'clock. The coordinator kept recommending useless things, acting like they knew what they were talking about, and kept steering me toward the most expensive procedures. They said if I got Aqua Peel, lip filler, and Botox procedures, they'd let my boyfriend get Aqua Peel first because he came with me, and then continued the rest of the consultation. When I came out at 2:30, my boyfriend was still waiting and still couldn't get in even as it was almost 3. They only applied numbing cream for the lip filler at 3 o'clock. I think maybe because I was the one complaining the most, they were trying to shut me up by just abruptly...
