I had a consultation and they were kind, which was nice. It was good that I could consult with the director too, but when I asked about side effects, they kept siding with doctors and strongly denied that they could happen, which lowered my trust a bit. They blamed all the side effect cases on the patients too, so I didn’t really trust that.
