I went because there was only one director, so I felt they were specialized after watching their YouTube. I made a reservation and went, but I waited almost 40 minutes, maybe longer. Because there was only one director and that one person handled everything, I realized only after visiting that it takes a long time. I went for Shrink, had a consultation with the director, and then got the procedure, but I had a side effect the next day... a hollowed cheek.... I guess Shrink doesn't suit me...
