The facility itself was really pretty and independent, and I liked that it wasn’t crowded. There was a bit of a wait, but compared to other hospitals the timing was kept well, which I liked. The consultation with the director first was really good, and the manager was there too, so after the consultation there was no need for extra unnecessary explanations; they just thought through the same things with me, which I liked.
