First of all, there are a lot of Chinese people coming here. The reservation system is terrible. You check in on the 1st floor and get your semi-permanent treatment on the 2nd floor, but even though I clearly told them my assigned director on KakaoTalk, when I went on the reservation day they assigned me a different director. And that other director was reading the notes off a phone and was supposed to check whether it was my first treatment or a touch-up before explaining, but even they were confused. For semi-permanent, only get treated by the director, the chief director. I don’t know about the others. Only the director seems to have the taste and skill to do it well. Also, when you consult, don’t ask the counselor, “Would this suit me if I do it?” They don’t really know...
