The staff were all kind, and I thought the person in the consultation room was the director, but when the manager held my eyes and explained things, I wondered why the director wasn't coming. In the end, the director never came, and there was no mention of calling the director down. They just told me the price and that was it. The facility was generally clean, and since the doctor is the one who performs the surgery, it would have been nice if the doctor had done the consultation too, so that was disappointing. Still, it was good that the manager explained in detail that one eyebrow was different and that it could end up being asymmetrical, and also explained the difference between partial incision and full incision.
