At first I couldn’t consult with the doctor, only with the counselor, so that was a little disappointing. If you want a doctor consultation on the same day, I think it would be better to check that in advance when booking the consultation. Still, it was the kindest consultation I’ve had at any hospital I visited. The counselor was kind, and the doctor was kind too. It was a detailed consultation that accurately pointed out the parts I wanted. I was glad they looked carefully. I’m still thinking about surgery, but this hospital is one of the ones I’m considering.
