Consultation, surgery, facilities, parking, everything was generally fine. They recommended only the minimum necessary surgery, and for cosmetic purposes they said it was fine not to do it and that it was up to the individual, which I liked. This hospital seems to be good at facelift surgery, so I was worried about double eyelids, but they turned out fine.
