The doctor was so kind and immediately understood my needs. Maybe they sensed that I am a sensitive type, because even if I had to accept some dropping of the nasal tip, they said not to use costal cartilage, since it would feel hard and stuffy... T_T I think that makes sense, but.... I really want to do it because I am so drawn to it, but money is the issue T_T It is not expensive, but it still hurts my heart... I asked a ton of questions and they answered everything. The aftercare period is also a plus, and I am still deliberating T_T My nose feels very foreign, so I think removal is not possible and doing it with my own cartilage is the right choice. There is a lot of talk about autologous cartilage, but T_T I wish I had just done it with that from the start. Back then, that kind of technique did not exist T_T
