I had epicanthoplasty and nose revision surgery about 5 years ago. My nose was low and small, and for some reason my nostrils became uneven and strange, which stressed me out for years. After the revision, I think it became the maximum shape my nose could realistically achieve, and I've been satisfied since then.. I got the epicanthoplasty because it was recommended, and it dramatically changed my image, so I'm very satisfied. The doctor was a bit older, so the consultation style could be a little blunt, but they were very honest and had absolutely no overtreatment, which I liked.
