In the beginning, even though the surgical method was from the old style, I trusted them because the results were good, and I had several other procedures done there too. But in the last surgery, there was a clear mistake, and as a result it led to an unsatisfactory outcome. Because I had trusted them for a long time, I carefully explained the situation, but the doctor's reaction was lukewarm and no real action was taken. In the end, the problem remained unresolved, and the discomfort and responsibility were left entirely to me.
