It's been 2 weeks since I did Ulthera Thermage, and the deep buccal fat seems maybe a little gone, maybe not, it's kind of ambiguous. When I had it done somewhere else, it felt like things really lifted from the second week, but maybe because so much time has passed since then, or because the energy was set weakly, the effect is unclear. They say it shows up after a month, so I guess all I can do is wait I hope it works
