I already had a bit of cheek fat, but after Ulthera, the contour definitely looks more refined. As expected, there is a reason it's expensive. Since it's one-on-one, it feels more thorough, and it hurts as much as the effect it gives lol. There is some swelling too, but once the swelling goes down, the results are amazing, so I totally recommend it.
