I went because I wanted a double-eyelid consultation, and the director spent time helping me set the line several times during the consultation. I thought the director was kind and meticulous. After the consultation, he asked if I had any more questions, and in other clinics they said I would need eye correction, but here the director said I didn't need it, which gave me trust.
