They were kind and explained things thoroughly. The explanations were easy to understand and matched my aesthetic sense. The price was reasonable too. But the consultation manager seemed very annoyed and uncomfortable. As my anxiety grew and I asked more questions, they got really irritated and raised their voice. The consultation manager was really awful, but I was satisfied with the doctor’s explanation, so I put this on my list of clinics I’m considering for surgery.
