There is a consultation fee. If you put down a reservation deposit, it's non-refundable and can only be used toward another procedure, they said. There are still hospitals like this..? The consultation with the doctor seemed rather conservative. There isn't much information about the surgery reviews, the hospital, or the doctor, so I can't easily decide to go ahead with surgery.
