Every time I go, a different doctor does the procedure. Sometimes they inject and press the area themselves with cotton, and sometimes they tell me to press it, but if you don't press firmly at that time, you'll get a small bruise like I did My jawline isn't that severe, so the effect isn't dramatic, but it does make my chin look smaller from the front.
