It's exactly the kind of factory-style clinic you'd expect, but the person doing the consultation was kind and didn't push anything, which I liked. The director came in and did the injections, and on one or two spots I got a huge blue bruise and even bled, so I had to stop and apply pressure for a few minutes. The bruise lasted over a week. It does have an effect, and it's great if you just want Botox or small procedures.
