In my early 20s, while going around to various famous plastic surgery clinics to correct my upturned nose, I had my first surgery. My nose shape wasn't very pretty, and I ended up with a perforation because of how the septal cartilage was used. Since it was my first surgery, I didn't know how to judge things well and went to the place with the cheapest quote, and I'm now deeply regretting it....
