I felt exactly the same as the person who left a contour-shot review below lol. In a way, maybe they're consistent. It's really a typical factory setup, and the desk staff are soooo rude. It feels like they don't want to work but have to. It's SNL itself. Even the guidance is curt, and they just say, "Pay and show us," and don't even look at you, just busy chatting among themselves. They don't tell you the waiting time afterward either, and no matter how long you wait, they act like it's none of their business. Why do they even take reservations? Among the clinics in Seomyeon, this was top-tier for rude front-desk service.
