First of all, the person answering the phone was so... rude. I asked when they were available, and when I said the time that worked, they just said, "Ah, not that time," and "No," in such a blunt tone, which I really disliked. But unexpectedly, the consultation manager and the doctor were very kind. They said the procedure I initially had in mind would be too much and recommended a cheaper one instead. It felt like such a good consultation, so I'm planning to get the procedure done here.
