But it made sense... not that it would change much, though, which is frustrating. Still, the consultation was kind and detailed, and the fact that the office manager had worked there for a long time seemed to be an important positive factor in the decision. Both the doctor and the office manager seemed like good people from our conversation, so I thought that even if something went wrong, the post-op responsibility would be handled properly. If you want something safe and reliable, this hospital seems good.
